Refund and Returns Policy

Outlawz is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help, subject to the terms below:

  • Returns & Refunds

    • Returns will be accepted only if the request is made within Not Applicable of receiving the product, and the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

    • Products that are perishable in nature (such as flowers, edible items, etc.) are not eligible for return.

    • Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, undergarments, etc.). Such items will be clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

    • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please notify our Customer Service team immediately upon receipt. We may request photo or video proof to verify the claim.

  • Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@outlawz.in.

    • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return/refund as per our policy.

  • Refund Timeline

    • Once your return is approved and the product is received in good condition, your refund will be initiated.

    • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

    • Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Other Terms

    • For products with manufacturer warranties, customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly for service and support.

    • Outlawz reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
